| I
was recently asked at the Grand Reunion what I’d been doing
since 1962. In a nutshell… I graduated Huntingdon College
(Montgomery), worked for the American Red Cross at the U.S.
Naval Hospital, Charleston, S.C., married into military life
and started teaching school in Oklahoma and Texas, had one son
(Eric-26 yrs.), and was divorced in ‘92. I’m remarried now to
Bobby Foster and living in Houston and still teaching. Bobby
and I spend as much of our spare time as possible in our RV at
state and national parks. We look forward to the day (in about
two years) when I can retire from teaching and Bobby from his
work in the space program at NASA, leave the “rat race” of
Houston behind, and spend more time in our RV seeing those
beautiful sights in the country where we haven’t made it to
yet. Would love hearing from any of my old BHS friends.
