And Mrs. Shine had the I think the Red Bird, the Blue Birds, and the Black Birds...I think these were the colors. 50 years ago, my selective memory tells me I only made the Blue Birds, the Red Bird were the Best, all "A" kids I guess. All I can remember is tracing inside the lines and getting fussed at for talking in class. I guess that is why I was never a Red Bird. It marked me for the rest of my life...LOL. Loved Mrs. Shine, she taught me to mind, not taught so much to kids today. Thanks, Mrs. Shine, where ever you are!
